Connecting to the server issue

Dear Support,

I can't enter the game. After pressing "Start Game"messages shows "Connecting to the serve..." and nothing happen. If I choose "Visit Haypi" i can browse haypi web site. Tried reinstall application, no avail. I have 2 devices (iPhone, iPod touch) both can't connect to the server.

i am on server 2 and it is running smoothly it maybe be just that server issue at the moment.

I hope it does not effect other servers...

The best advice i could give you now is try restarting your device and re logging in

Thanks for advice, but no avail

ya if its unavailable i would really try and send a message to support on here because server may be down or crash :/
hopefully not

lol that sucks ha sounds like entire server is down :/
