Server Switching

My only thought is that if people try to switch to a new server just so they can dominate. And im sure theres players that would stay an ha_a while they get a million pp and then refer someone on the newest server. Maybe it would be better if you could only switch to servers older than the one that youre on?

Well could be made so that you have to give you name and/or referer details before you can progress any further and yeah also can only move onto a higer server
