Can't connect to game

I have recently been merged on to new server 101 but for the last 3 days I have not been able to play, it says connection error? It's nothing to do with my connection as I can play my other app games with no problems. Please advise as I am having withdrawals from haypi dragon lol

Try to either delete the app then download it again or completely restart your iPhone/iPad/iPod

Maybe you got banned for a little. But since both of you are having a problem I don't know what to say.. Just hope support mails u back!

That's weird. Haven't heard anyone with that problem ... Can't see it being a ban though just cause u can't connect. Best thing is keep on support keep mailing them. Whenever I mail them they get back within a few hours usually so keep it on and hope for the best. Only advise I have

on what server you guys used to be?
maybe someone else in that server is having problems?

**Update** its back working now

I'm having this issue now and I just tried the above action. Well lets just say that I wouldn't be typing this message if it had worked.
