Server25 leaving....

To Admins/support/staff of HD

Almost all high levels and Big customers who buy coins big time lose interest to your game. They will never buy again and its your loss not ours. Let me tell all their reasons of leaving your game.
1. Dragon and player level (they are stuck at max level for long time... No reason to play anymore)
2. S25 Tree hackers/cheaters named littlegala and Lord_Yaphets. We gaved u enough evidence and tons of players mail u about this 2 guy but u never do any action.
3. No more contact support that u can mail anytime u have a problem, u have put username and pw there but even we put our username and pw correctly it says pw was invalid lol. Is this coincidence that we all dont know our forum account username and pw or u just dont like to recieve mail from your loyal customers/players?
4. PvP problem... About the bolt being over powered dragon that can 1 shot a level 40 leshy/crystal/devil....
5. Before u release pip for free, a player must buy 9999 coins and it cost $250 and after a few weeks ur failed update give some player a chance to get pip for free. (Bosses free cooldown cancel)...

Well we all know u ruined the game before when the level4 chest was 200 silver coins. Game become unbalanced.

Unfortunately, you are right and I agree with you 100%. More and more players are leaving over the lack of updates and new material. It is sad because this game could be soooooo good if they actually put some thought and time into it... It seems that we have reached the brick wall of Haypi Dragon until they decide to extend the lvl40 cap on both player and dragon level. Granted, they did release the prairie scene like you mentioned, but made cool downs free for a day so that everyone could challenge any boss as much as their heart desired. Was the free cool down day on purpose? Probably not, but it's just another reason to why people keep leaving the game. We need new material! Anything at all! We have a separate "suggestion" category on the forum for a reason, so we, your loyal haypi customers and devoted players, can voice our opinions on how you can improve the game! You NEED to actually LISTEN to our suggestions so you don't keep losing more and more of your players and costumers.

My main reason for a break is Content and the ability of Noobs to get a dragon to level 40 in 2 days. Yes it was possible last year, but now its way too easy. It took me 6 months to get my Roco and Lava to 40. That was playing a lot, and buying coins in moderation.

That and the silence, from Haypi, If you look on suggestions board, 90% of the suggestions being made this month are the SAME as the ones 8 months ago. 50 million silver and NOT A DAM THING to buy with it

Cinsen's password was changed by his wife I think, so he didn't quit playing actually, starley was on for a few times recent, and angelodew seldom playing HD, not completely quited yet.

I love how you guys actually think haypi cares. all due respect but there are thousands of more players all of which are willing to spend money. if you want to quit quit, don't come in here craving attention in a pathetic attempt to make haypi come beg for your forgiveness. im with you guys, haypi has had their down sides, but I don't come here saying im fed up cause I know it wont do anything. instead I either stop playing or I suck it up.
