Returning gold coins?

Dear Dragon Tamers,

After the release of version 1.54, some of our players(Apple iDevice users) experienced a glitch with the spin function when collecting their rewards. We deeply apologize for this and will refund all coins that were spent on spin from 9:00 AM GMT last Friday (Oct.19th, 2012) to 8:00 AM GMT today(Monday, October 22th, 2012).

Target Servers: All servers
Delivery Time: Roughly 5 working days
Additional Remarks: Refunds will be sent as mail attachments, please check them in time.

I spin Mana4 and didnt get it,build another by the time.Spin Synth4 and u just saying will return gold coins for that? I WANT MY SYNTH4!

Those only show up once in tree months!

Yup, what a joke! I want my synth 4 as well, could have kept the 14+ 10 bonus coins, and taken the 100 i had! Freakin things are like ghosts, see em once every 2-3 months, you're so shocked you freeze up!

And my unluckies continue! Only on the weekend Haypi botches everything do i see one. :-/ i have gotten them before but dang, right after update?? Come on

Same, I landed on a lvl 4 syn but it wasn't in my warehouse ;(
I was so haypi went to look at it and it wasn't there. I was then really mad because that was the first I had seen in 3 months.

That would if made me need 2 more left but nope I still need 3 ;(

what i dont get is how are they going to return the coins?
i can say i spend 100000000 coins and i never got my stuff
