On my haypi dragon game it keeps saying there is a coin sale. But I don't see it in the forums? So is there a coin sale or not?

Yes there is a coin sale.
That's the letter they sent me:

In celebration of Mother's Day, we will have a coin sale from GMT 00:00:00, May 12th, 2012 to GMT 23:59:59, May 14th, 2012. When you buy coins, you will receive 30% more coins as a bonus.
