What does VIP do?

What's the benefit of being a VIP? And also...I still can't find the button for how to add a friend by name! Can anyone tell me?

Gives you one more training slot, adds 50% to player/dragon EXP when you level up, and shortens the chat time limit.
There is no button to add friends by name.

And people cant kick you from pvp, or boss rooms >:]

From the spin wheel? Very nice. I always get like a week or so. :/ I run out of money so quick though that the extra training spot is hardly necessary for me haha.
