Lack of support, honest feedback

Does anyone who has played this game for a while have a problem with a factual based review? It seems Haypi themselves have a problem dealing with at least one player and one bug coming to wider attention after a recent server merge. Following review submitted to app store can be backed up by evidence and is 100% factual:

Doesn't include adequate protection against harassment and cyber bullying. Have to pay money for protection against attacks, and function doesn't work as can sometimes be attacked anyway. Block function means only you don't hear what is being said about you in public chat but everyone else still does. A publicly viewable name directly referencing the KKK and player deliberately being insulting, racist and offensive is still active and unrestrained despite multiple complaints from multiple people. Support will repeatedly ask for screenshots, even when already given multiple times, and eventually pretend to be 'Apple' after building frustration over lack of response to clear and justified complaints. Eventually other players in the game will start contacting you, asking you about your complaint before you eventually work out they are linked to the complaint itself and Haypi support passed on your name as the complainer to the people being complained about.

Game is good if a bit buggy and expensive to play well, but support are disingenuous and unprofessional in response to factual and reasonable complaints

That is what experts are for, to make sure people aren't being racist or offensive.

Support are doing their best, And they are not pretending to be apple the company. Apple is one of haypi's supports. And support would only have mentioned your name to the people you were complaining about to try and sort out the problem.

Firstly, I'd like to say, that while the haypi company may frown on derogatory posts, reviews and anything else that may cast them In a Negative light, they have been quite tolerant of negative publicity.

Saying this, you have to understand, that peoples perceptions are always different! Don't forget that the developers are living in a country that does not hold dear the same tenants of free speech that you might! Never forget that the world does revolve around what you feel to be constructive, or even true and just.

This is the simple fact of the matter, and it always causes me to chuckle when someone complains on these forums that they've been banned, or otherwise treated 'unjustly', as they forget who they're dealing with!

The truth of the matter is that these developers offer us a very playable, very enjoyable game. Yes, there are faults! Yes there is abuse! But at the same time, there is a game that thousands, and maybe hundreds of thousands of people around the whole, wide world find worth their time and money!!!

I will say to you, honestly, as a conscientious observer, and as one who has run the gambit of emotions that this game evokes, That your review is unabashedly one-sided, and even destructively so!
Surely, since you have posted on these forums, you have gained at least some enjoyment from this game, and yet you decline to admit it!

What might one think upon reading your review, except that this game has made you feel like crap? In truth, this game has made countless people happy, and they daily find enjoyment in it.

So I in turn would like to ask you this, sir, how could you write such a biased review? Is there nothing you find enjoyable about this game? If not, why are you even posting on these forums?

Please don't sully my gaming experience with negativity!

@master max.....do not make excuses!!! This player makes legitimate claims and if the haypi staff wishes to leave moderation of their catrooms and forums to their "experts" then they need to be prepared to deal with the shortcomings that such arrangements will create. The fact if the matter is, that there remain to this day many, many inappropriate user names and alliance names.....while haypi need not be made responsible for abuse of their chatrooms (this is natural, it's the Internet), it is not unheard of for someone to be upset that even to this day, there are names that can only be removed from the game with the help of support.

Don't kid yourself, I play on many servers, and o each and every one, therules are being broken. If haypi will hold me accountable for breaking their rules, then I, most assuredly, will hold them accountable for not enforcing them.

I post on the forum thinking maybe the developers merely need a prod to do the right thing. You have to pay real money to get refuse. I can't think of any country where it is accepted that you should pay money for something that doesn't work. Finding examples of it happening, either US or China, does not make it acceptable in either culture!

I was unbiased. I didn't mention the words fraud or anything that couldn't be proven. Haypi support have been given quite a bit of tolerance to 'do their best'. But their best is a disingenuous response. 'Apple' is the name of Gwyneth Paltrow's daughter, not any member of Haypi support. Certainly not if they are not from an English speaking country as suggested

It looks like an attempt to be deceptive, but once again I didn't say that in the original post. Bleat all you like if you don't want to deal with facts.

The fact is Haypi offer a support service, but don't respond when you try to use it. The fact is Haypi charge money for a function that doesn't work, then act disingenuously when ask for an explanation. They didn't say it was a bug. They haven't done anything except repeatedly asking for a screenshot they have already been supplied multiple times.

If that doesn't deserve a mention in your world so be it, but Haypi are participating in a global market in the real world. Don't talk rubbish about dishonest behaviour being acceptable because someone comes from a different culture! Not true! Even in China!

First of all, thanks for your criticism and attention.

All of your critism is long on general and short on specific details. I am wondering how many Haypi support you have dealt with and please back up with your complaint with concrete evidence, Please. I am hereby not asking for any ss, but when you accuse a team of ppl publicly, please show us what make you form so many conclusion without a shred of evidence.

As the content of post is certainly bashing the game, the company and staff.
