Here is the Haypi Situation! Try and answer what YOU would do in this situation!

You are level 9 and needs to rank up in 24hrs. You are 2500 prestige from ranking up. You have 5000 of each resource, and have no money. No one around you left out troops for you to hit. You can not spend coins... What would you do?

Since you mentioned there is no armies around you to hit, I am assuming that you have an army of your own. Use it to farm inactive players around you, until your warehouse is full. When it is full, use the resources to make as many cats as you can. You can then refill the resources and make other troops, but you will run out of workers. The next step is to move your army to another city and repeat. It's really been a while since I played, so I can't remember how much prestige you will get each time, but doing this two time would be sure to get you there.

Note: Other troops may get you more prestige per resource used, but cats are generally more useful, and, I believe, give you the most prestige per minute of build time.

Yeah but how higher you get the lower prest you get from building cats.
