creating alliance forum

how do you make a forum so organised? my alliance forum isnt very tidy with new topics within topic and it gets very confusing.

He already has a forum he just wants it organized.

hm... well maybe u should make 1st different topics to sort ur forum... then rules to avoid chaos... maybe some sub boards... shouldnt be that hard

How do you do that? My friend in the alliance made it and I'm not a mod or admin on it
