Favorite type of music

Havent seen a thread for this yet so, what type of music do you people listen to? I myself listen to mainly metal and any form of rock. My fav band is ATR(All that Remains) and my fav song by them is six. I went to a concert they had here in New York a couple of months back and they were awesome.
I absolutly HATE rap, because it makes no sense and is all the same, and that it promotes a lot of violence.
I dont think much of counrty,jazz,electronic or any other that other stuff. I do however listen to a little black metal(mix of like heavy metal screamo and some others). Some of you may have heard of Beneath The Sky. Their a christian band believe it or not xD. My fav song by them respect for the dead.
