Locked Out

For some reason I've been locked out of Haypi Kingdom. It says I mistyped my password too many times and that I need to email support, but I they haven't done anything. How can I get back online?

Hi Jenly,

You can try again in 24 hours. In the meantime, try retrieving your password by going to My Account > Retrieve Password. Your password will be submitted to the email address you signed up with.

I've also been locked out, but was playing this morning, I will jeopardise my game by waiting 24 hours as troops were being generated. Not happy with the 24 hour lockout thing
