A glitch is a game mistake, so maybe, support is working in a new update or something, because too many players are having trouble with the much new technology. Support has a lot to do right now, so the most likely, they go for the more importance, to the least importance. Don't worry, sooner or later, everything will be fix, just be patient.

Working in a new update? Last one was sept 2012. Some of the same glitches have been going on since Dec2011 when that was the new update. Just isn't going to be fixed is my opinion.

LOL, I am pretty sure new updates are comming because New phones and new technology are going out, so new softwares are needed.

Server has a lot of glitches to patch, a lot of versions to correct because Android, and Apple does not work the same. They have to answer to many questions, correct players, choose expert, clean forum and their own life situation. OF course they will take long, so we have to be patients. Mean while, lest enjoy what we have.

If there was an update to fix the glitches they would've happened already. They've had more than enough time. Other games I play that has more content gets updated frequently. New things are added. This one is just going down hill. Just an old game now.

I've played since s5. And yes I am well aware people are not allowed to have opinions or criticise this game that are contrary to others. The purpose of this forum is to have civil discussions. People are allowed to disagree with each other. That's why it's called a discussion and also here in off topic.

How else does one improve but to hear good points and bad points. (criticize)
