Ok I don't think this point is getting across to support- paying players are quitting everyday because haypi holds no value anymore. The same servers with the same thing but different people. There is zero variety, and no updates coming in. What we need is an update, fast, and players have put in great suggestions that have been reviewed. So what's really going on? Is hk support falling apart? Because I can tell haypi dragon is getting a lot of work (even though it still crashes too much!) and hk is getting none. No updates to fix stability issues support doesn't recognize as an issue, no enhanced gameplay, no nothing.
So lets get to it support. No more broken record with "something is coming, please be patient." no more waiting. It's been a year, and everyone is tired of waiting. What we need is an amazing update or a big peek at what's going on in there. And this would be a great time to do it.
