Lost troops because of crash

I lost some troops attacking another Player. Not like somebody would normally but because of a crash. My app crashed and continually would not open. I obviously didn't command because the app was shutting me out. All my troops got lost accept 52 cats, 3 inf. is there any way to get them back?

Good luck, i have found haypi support is completly useless so far, maybe you will have better luck but i wouldnt count on it.

Try support it may take a few days! Support has been very busy lol...... If you don't get a responce send it again.

ive been losing mine quite often. app crashes and cant log back in. matter of fact as i was typing this and app crashed again.

This happened to me last pvp. Support didn't do anything, said there was no history of crash, etc. only thing they did to "fix" it was tell me to close all my apps while playing haypi. Haypi is usually the only app open for me...

Technically according to the user agreement Haypi at no time needs to replace troops.

last time in my server we got like 20 coins each and VIP for a week cuz of like 24 hours of crashing

The oasis glitch? Everyone who had been on at some point during that period got the VIP and troops back.

But we are talking about something completely different. Support never returns our troops :/ Have no idea what you are talking about.

They have no way to verify if you did lose the troops due to a crash therefore there's no way they would return you the troops. Just treat it like a natural disaster of sort :3
