Ive been waiting over 2 weeks to receive coin. ive sent multiple emails with the information. all i got was an email saying theyll "check on it" once and neber heard from them again. How can i get my coins?s i paid for

If you can send any proof of purchase, such as a receipt, to kingdomsupport@haypi.com and explain that you have not received them yet, they might be able to help you better.

Turns put it was a glitch when purchasing in the play market. i emailed google and they fixed it. just have to wait till the authorisation payments time out and im refunded. google fixed there glitch for me and buying them works now.
