Just a simple question. does support actually take these ideas in? I haven't seen any improvements so far...

Yes they do they read each idea and think of the possible outcomes of using them and also the cost of making them working in game.

And sometimes, put them in their new games, like sort letters, and group chat were both suggestions (haypi fish).

agreed. would be very helpful

they do take some suggestions in. pvp and alliance wars were suggested by players here on the forums, but it took a long time for them to be implemented, and although a lot of people keep suggesting a mail system, they probably will not implement a new one, until they have tested it thoroughly, and made sure it works sufficiently, and with as little bugs as possible.

Guess we'll simply have to wait patiently >_<

Yeah I have to delete useful war reports so my love letters don't get pushed out my mailbox too.... And I have to be careful about how much I scout at once.
