Re: Subjects ban i

I don't understand why everyone is all over Diva. She is trying to help a good friend who was banned for an exorbitantly long period of time. She went through support and has gotten no response. This is the only other means of getting heard. Apparently it is working judging from all the responses she has gotten. We are just asking why Subject has been banned for so long and if it is permanent what is the justification. She is not being mean spirited or offensive and they are valid concerns. We have all seen people doing horrible things in wc and maybe get muted or a warning. The people posting swastikas in wc comes to mind. Subject has always been a good player and helpful in wc when I've been on. Please reconsider his ban or at least explain the reasoning.

Exactly this is not a public issue and should be kept between subject and support

Re: Subjects ban i

Subject wrote support and has gotten no response. Many other players wrote support one got a response. This was done yesterday by subject and many other players. We are waiting to see how much more this issue can be ignored. 6 months is a long time for a ban.

Re: Subjects ban i

rather than mailing i would suggest that subject and only subject emails support asap and tries to orgaanise a chance to talk. others getting involved does not help a situation merely confuses it, "too many cooks spoil the broth"

Re: Subjects ban i

i thought i had a post already here, that cleared all this up and told you how to handle this....

where is it at?

i know its here somewhere....

ahhhh!! there it is!!

right here......

1) you have already been told that he did something wrong to deserve the ban. keep that in mind.

2) publicly complaining and bashing will not do anything more, but possibly get your ban extended, or get you banned from forums as well.

3) mailing support about this more than once or twice, will just annoy them, and lets be frank, that is just going to make it harder to get un-banned

4) if your friend was the one who got banned, this is between him and support and his reconciliation. this really doesnt have anything to do with you.

5) just leave support alone, and let things cool-down.

I WOULD LOVE TO REITERATE THAT
IT IS BETWEEN HIM AND SUPPORT

Re: Subjects ban i

Their point is, that support hasn't been responding to him. I agree it is between him and support, but if support doesn't seem to be paying attention, then I see no problem with him and his friends trying to get their attention as long as it is done in a mature and responsible manner.

plastering this on forums is not the most mature way to handle this....

Re: Subjects ban i

Okay this is when I step in...

Not sure who your friend is but this is a matter that is not to be handled publically and should be done via support Email or PM. Now support doesnt ban people without proof and obviously this person has done something to warrant a perma ban.

If support wants to respond to this topic they will unlock and do so. Till then your point and opinion has been made and also allowed to be drawn/dragged out to 3 pages.

This topic is now LOCKED
