Re: Subjects ban i

no offense but its his problem with support, you may support him but until he discusses things thoroughly with support there is nothing that you can do
how do you let people know if your hot cakes are selling well?

When a friend is in trouble in life you help them. Same is the case here. Helping a dear and close friend to me.

Re: Subjects ban i

if it was a permanent ban then support should just say so. but from what ive seen that did not happen. i would love to see my friend and all haypi customers treated fairly and in a timely manner.

if it is a permenent ban then he should be informed about it however if the ban does have a termination date then it should be discussed. and as for fair i am sure in haypi that the punishment fits the crime so be patient i am sure support will get back to you

Re: Subjects ban i

ok.

1) you have already been told that he did something wrong to deserve the ban. keep that in mind.

2) publicly complaining and bashing will not do anything more, but possibly get your ban extended, or get you banned from forums as well.

3) mailing support about this more than once or twice, will just annoy them, and lets be frank, that is just going to make it harder to get un-banned

4) if your friend was the one who got banned, this is between him and support and his reconciliation. this really doesnt have anything to do with you.

5) just leave support alone, and let things cool-down.

Re: Subjects ban i

There has been no bashing of any type on here so I don't know where you see that. And we can publicly speak how we feel about something in a nice manner like we've been doing. And if mailing support about an issue annoys them than why are they support? I dont think it annoys them. I think it annoys people that don't know what's going on. Honestly, no rules are being broken here. We are loyal friends helping a loyal player. That doesn't break any rules

Re: Subjects ban i

it is between the person who was banned, and that server's support. it is possible he tried hacking, or he could have bashed to support.
