Can you people not read? LOL.. I said that I had the enhancements PRIOR to the papaya points incident. They gave me enough stones to enhance my items IF there was a 100% success rate.. which there obviously isn't therefore they're love crooks. I used my papaya points to warp, increase my VIP past what I had, and enhance my crops past the month that I had in each city. If I used the papaya points to max enhance my items, I wouldn't be complaining because I wouldn't have had my money stolen from me..

obviously your nnot gonna quit, if your gonna go do it properly but please dont "pretend" like that. i hope you have an enjoyable time where your life will lead you. i am sincerly sorry that you will be leaving haypi and hope that an outcome that is mutually acceptable will be found

I spoke with support for server 107 last night, and they thought it was funny. Stating that I still owe them 320 coins.

I want you all to know my story, so that you all know what kind of heartless people you're dealing with. You may not encounter the same issue I did today, tomorrow, or anytime this year.. but sooner or later an issue my arise similar to this and YOU ttoo will get love by the support/ownership team this game has.

[1.] I purchased $50 from itunes on the last day of the papaya glitch Krupz : (750 coins)
[2.] I purchased 6,000 coins from papaya Krupz : (6,750 coins)
[3.] I purchased 1 Year of VIP -200 coins Krupz : (6,550 coins)
[4.] In 7 cities I enhanced crop output 4x each for 30 days -560 coins Krupz : (5,990 coins)
[5.] I purchased 5x level 8 chests to unlock achievements and 5x level 8 keys -320 coins Krupz : (5,670 coins)
[6.] I enhanced my ring, only. The only item not fully enhanced on my character. -1,400 coins Krupz : (4,270 coins)


Support Action
[7.] Support removed all of my equipment. Level 20 enhanced Weapon, Armor, Horse, Manual, and Ring [lets say they all had the same success rate as my ring with the papaya points) 5 * 1,400 = 7,000 Krupz : (-7,000+- coins)
[8.] Support removed the left over 4,270 coins I had sitting on my account. Krupz : (-11,270+- coins)
[9.]Support removed my VIP totally from my account Krupz : (-11,470+- coins)
[10.]They attempted to please me stating they gave me enough stones (1,000) to enhance my items IF there were a 100% success rate.. (which we all know it isn't even remotely close) 1,000 stones is the equivalent of 1,000 coins so.. Krupz : (-10,470+- coins)

Now tell me again, how do I owe you anything? If anything you still owe ME roughly 6,000 coins.

I feel like you all are forgetting who it is that you're dealing with, however.

This debate (and it arises often) always reminds me of google vs. China.

The fact of the matter is, google lost much face in exposing it's need of the Chinese market for mobile industries, while china just flat out refuses to give in to their demands. China gets exactly what it wants, competition for it's own search engine contracts, while maintaining it's great firewall of china, and censoring google.....

Do not be misled into thinking that business or life is handled the same way around the world as you may experience where you live. As revolutionary as your predicament may make you feel, I hardly feel this is a forum that will spawn change.
