Subjects ban i

A very loyal and true friend of all of haypi subject has been chat banned for over 4 months. This is an unfair punishment. Many letters have been written regarding this and either we get no response or the ban don't get lifted. Many players have been banned for a month n able to talk to players after or have had a ban and it got lifted. We all spend alot of time and money on haypi and our players should be treated fairly. Subject has been punished enough for what he has done. Give him his right to talk to his friends on his account. I hope haypi hears our voice and gives a loyal member his chat rights back. Love you subject.

Re: Subjects ban i

ok first things first is that he obviously did something wrong to earn the ban, secondly displaying publically is not going to help as it should be taken up privately with your support. they willl hear you less because you have come public with the issue. you may have setback the removal of the ban congradulations :)
how do you let people know if your hot cakes are selling well?

Re: Subjects ban i

It was taken up with support many times by subject. And letters to support have been sent. Nothing gets done about it. After dozens of attempts I took it to the forums where haypi people have the right to voice their opinions.

Re: Subjects ban i

maybe nothing gets done because the ban is fair for his crimes. you may want this guy to talk again but his actions obviously earnt him a ban and now he must deal with the consequences. people have a right to an opinion
but posting here isnt going to help you at all

Re: Subjects ban i

Everyone knows why he got banned believe me worse has been done. So if posting here and mailing support don't work. Tell me what do we do to help a loyal friend who don't deserve a 4 month + ban.

Re: Subjects ban i

If this player has recieved a ban so severe, it may be perm. He has obviously done something so wrong, in world chat or even in a letter that has been reported that he has recieved the ban. I'm sorry for the inconvienence but you should again, try to contact support in the issues.

Re: Subjects ban i

Be very careful guys, not to let this thread get out of hand. You have kept it civil so far. My suggestion is to contact either thomas or support1 (tracy) about this. Here is a link to message them on the forums: memberlist.php?mode=group&g=4.

Hopefully you and subject can get an answer soon.

(BTW, if support does not respond by other means, I see no problem in people coming to the forums to try to get help, as long as its done in a mature manner. I mean, what other option do you have?)

Re: Subjects ban i

I m a very respectable player. I do not conduct myself in a childish manner. I just want a dear friend unbanned. And commimg here was my last option after nothing has been done for 6 months.

Re: Subjects ban i

I know. I was actually commending you on handling a potentially touchy issue well. Sorry if it didn't come across that way.
