Support

Has anybody else noticed that support has been a litlle less "supporting"?
It seems now whenever I send them a letter at takes well over a week for them to reply to me but most of the time they dont reply at all! Please don't anybody say - "Oh support gets tons of letters a day and they are really busy" because if that's the case, I think Haypi needs to hire more staff as alot more servers are opening up and I think that its stupid to have one support on five or six different servers.

Haypi hires new staff. Anyway this is pretty strange... They usually answer, maybe in a week, but they usually answer...

This is a buisness - you need to remember that they are PAYED. They are PAYED to work - even with overload - if I was a buisness man I would 'try' and overload as much as possible - which is being done here - they make a profit and a living from this.... don't forget that

... Milk.. Support do there very best. Your letter may be the least of their worries at the moment. However even with that being said, each and every support I've met has done an outstanding job. This is including the time before I was an expert.

If you want to file any complaint about any particular support or all the support, please file it privately with evidence if possible.

Asking for an expert title repeatedly is heavily frowned upon and I believe Betty has already answered your question. Please also watch your language upon the current support system.
