I completely agree with Athina.
Taking a closer look at who is nominated in the previous page can easily prove who is fake. I know for a fact that one of the nominees from the previous page has NO community contributions that make him even questionable for the expert title.
From previous experiences, evidential screen caps, and knowledge of one of the nominees' personalities in the previous page that was nominated (but said-person has not posted), I can prove that he is trying to become an expert underhandedly.
If further nominations of that person is posted, I will reveal everything, including any more evidence collected in the future, to a moderator.
As for now I second Athina's suggestion about clearing this thread of fake nominations.
To be back on topic, I nominate hyunseung.
To start out my reasoning, hyunseung has been a great helper in the world chat for newbies and people with questions. She is my sister, and I definitely know she's expert material. She is selfless, meaning she helps people mainly to get them by, and expects nothing in return. She and I created the thriving alliance Daebak together, and she even says over and over that she didn't want the expert title, though numerous people think she does.
It may seem like a nomination made personally, but you could ask regulars in the world chat what they think about hyunseung. Many people agree that she's one of the nicest and most knowledgeable people in server 5. hyunseung is on hourly (except when she sleeps), and is a great, responsive, respectable, and responsible leader of one of the top 5 alliances in this server.
That is my explanation on why I nominate hyunseung to be an expert.
