Out Of Control!

Ok Haypi, server 87 ia out of control with spammers and vulgar language and with many people dodging the filter. I would like to make the server that i'm playing in a more fun and friendly enviroment. Experts in our server. If there are some already appointed they are always offline and non active. This is why i would like to ask to be promoted into an Expert position. I will use it fairly and correctly. Thanks for reading.
