Friends high scores!
I'd like to see how I rank up against my friends of Haypi Kingdom.
I'm thinking of a new world (planet thingy) in the galaxy home page. And it could say "Rank" or something. There would be 3 tabs and a + by it, but il get to that later.
When you start haypi thunderball, you are given a pop up saying:
Name
Haypi Kingdom name
Haypi Kingdom password
Dont have a Haypi Kingdom account? Make one! (with a link to HK in app store)
Not interested
The name spot would be your name seen on the ranking boards, the haypi kingdom name would be a spot where you can put your haypi kingdom names down, once you click the HK name button 5 different slots would open up, and you can put 5 different names down (for different servers you may play) The reason for this is for people who you may not exactly know on a personal basis, but they know you from haypi kingdom based on your rank or world chat or something and you want to see how they are doing.
Now to get to the + symbol next to the rank tab. When player A clicks this tab, he/she gets a spot to put the person's username in thunderball or they can put in an account name of player B, and if player B selected that account as one of the 5 he/she chose at the beginning, Player A can now see player B in the rankings list (with his username for thunderball showing up on the rankings list)
Now, time to get to the HK passwords, basically this is just in place to stop people from choosing your accounts as their own... I'm going to use link209 as an example
hehe. Anyway, say I felt like being link, so I listed all of link's accounts as my own HK accounts. So now whenever someone would search for link209, or link-209, or whatever, I would be the one getting added as a friend. So basically, the passwords are just there to make sure it is you choosing your own account(s)
The don't have a HK account is pretty much self explanatory, you click a link (haha, that punny XD) and it sends you to the app store to download haypi kingdom.
The not interested button would be for people who basically aren't interested in making friends, and they can just play by their lonesome selves, without a username (if they choose to have one later, haypi could probably put a button in options and have it say "Make account" or something.
Lastly, I think the ranks should be based on free play high score and total stars earned in story mode or campaign or whatever it's called, and achievement. Pretty much basic stuff, with the ranks being seperated by 3 tabs. Just in case you're wondering, thunderball would still be an offline playable game, but when you get wifi or 3G or 4G then all the stuff you did while you were offline is put into the ranking system and added on
It's a pretty big and long suggestion... Thanks for taking the time to read it, please give me your feedback.
