Take a screenshot by clicking lock and home button at same time

Download the app called photobucket, it's free. Make an account and go to upload photo (or media, just go to the upload section)

Upload the screenshot then go to my albums, click on the screenshot and there should be a little "i" in the corner. Click it and copy the [IMG] code, paste the img code in your post and ur good
