Coins missing?

I bought 120 coins for 9.99 US dollars, and they aren't coming in. I didn't even get a letter saying that I got 120 coins.

The following info are required:
i. iTunes User
Please tell us the time and date when the purchase has been made, your full name, copy and paste the iTunes confirmation letter to us(which will be sent to user after each successful purchase)
ii. google inapp billing User
Please tell us the time and date when the purchase has been made, your full name, email address registered to your android account, copy and paste the Google Check out to us(which will be sent to user after each successful purchase)
iii. paypal
Please tell us: the time and date when the purchase has been made; your full name; email address registered to your paypal account; transaction id (very important)
We'll check and get back to you soon after receiving all the required info.

EDIT I have currently found out that I never got a letter from iTunes. I don't know why, because I am missing 10.68 from my account. I dont know what to do now

Hey Storm,
Usually Itunes take about a day or two for the receipts to come through.
This happened to me and after contacting Haypi with the receipt number they still couldnt find a record of it.
Seems like a massive glitch is occuring at the moment. Email itunesstoresupport@apple.com once you received the receipt (if Haypi cant find a record of it) and request a refund. I had my transaction credited quite quickly.
Perhaps, we coin buyers, need to wait until this issue has been fixed. Seems pretty regular at the moment.

Storm, you can contact you card center to confirm the charge and contact Apple at iTunesStoreSupport@apple.com to confirm the purchase with them.
