I believe legit would be a good expert. He has been on haypi longer than anyone else I know. He knows a ton about the game.

I would like to nominate TinyTank for expert (server 1) ever since I started this game he has helped me in any way that he could. He would answer any question that I had and tought me how to expand my city, and become stronger. He also supports rules in world chat.
