Server 82 Expert Nominations Discussion

Ok, let me change what I said.. "Under most circumstances it's against the rules to have multiple accts in one server."

As far as I'm aware you can get an acct by either 1. buying new device, 2. getting to lvl 10 and doing the create acct task, 3. using UDID faker on iDevice or 4. trading accts. Now it's possible to get to a new server and get to lvl 10 before it shuts, but support can check if you're lvl 10 or not. You could get lvl 10 on a different acct and buy a new device, or buy two new devices. That's not very likely though. Or get two accts to lvl 10, again not likely but could happen if you didn't do the task for ages. The other two, UDID faker and acct trading are against the rules. Anyway, we all know QE is too goody goody to do that XD

For those of you having trouble in world chat due to rebellious behaviour, choose whether to warn or not before reporting. Warning entertains some people and almost asks them to break the rules since there is no one to stop them, but for others they heed the warnings and stop. Please take this into account and decide whether it is a good thing to warn an offender or a bad thing to do.

I have to agree with your thoughts about warnings entertaining some rulebreakers. Too many times I have logged on to see full blown arguments about a rule. Yes, we want chat to remain respectful, civil, and appropriate; but many players purposely attempt to aggravate and get a response. It's best to ignore, ss, and report these players. In the end it let's you avoid conflicts, and those misbehaving quickly give up when there attempts do not elicit a response

Agreed. It happens much too often nowadays for circumstances such as that to happen

I believe that was my post saying "decide whether warning is appropriate", not "don't warn at all". The main subject of the post was to decide whether warning was appropriate for the situation & offender and whether it would give them a reaction or not...

sorry but this server is in havoc.
theres a guy called dragstar who has broke numerous rules and atm is telling other people how to download udidfaker. he has it and is making numerous accounts.
now if there was an expert he would be muted and unable to tell everyone how to download illegal software.

Dragstar has been reported for a chat ban and... they are working on at least one expert at the moment, trust me on it
until then... bear with me and everyone else

Ok so you've pretty much said for us to use our discretion? If she had been on chat for 5 min she could have seen that this person was just doing it to annoy and get a reaction but instead she jumped in. And sorry for all these misunderstandings, I can't seem to get words from my brain to my hands for typing properly, but they did make sense in my head.

QE: Im taking this up in discussion as ordered. Even if you are still active I don't think you'd be a good expert any more. Lurking or staying in AC don't help when there is trouble in WC or someone needs help. A lot of ppl would be discouraged from misbehaving if they knew an expert was there to mute them, and if you are lurking it doesn't help. And I'm glad you didn't unnominate me cos it would look like we had a mutual nomination deal or something so thanks I guess

All I am doing is what I am support to I say something once in a while and I talk quite a bit in morning and at night California time I am busy during the day sometimes

I was personally told to use discretion when warning before I became expert because I was not expert & did not have any authority other than reporting by emailing to kingdomsupport@haypi.com (which is what I recommend you guys do, don't underestimate the power of reporting )

Please keep in mind that it is never the player's fault that an offender misbehaves, but rather the offender's. The reason for this is because noone has authority and control over what someone else does; there are sadly people that log on just to misbehave in chat.
