Easier way to switch accounts

Maybe link your Haypi account to Facebook and log in using facebook? In Management there should be an option 'Accounts' with all your Haypi accounts linked to your Facebook, then you can switch with ease. Just a suggestion.. Would love to hear opinions.

Yes I agree it would be nice if there was a log out button. It gets annoying having to turn my iPod off ever time I want to check my other accounts.

Yeah a log out button would be good as well.

Why would you turn off your iPod? If you have a newer iPod close Haypi from backgrounder and just load up again and log into a new account.

Re: Easier way to switch accounts

He probably has the older generation ipod touch (1st or 2nd). But if he does have a newer ipod touch, then he probably did not know about it.

Simply hit the home button twice to bring up the recently used app bar (fast app switch bar). *Note: It is NOT a multi-tasking bar, some call it that but Apple does not call it that.

A multi-tasking is where you can do more than one thing at a time. Especially when calling. When you are on a phone call, you can browse safari, or send sms, or check mail, or even play a game while you are on a call. Now that's multi-tasking.

all apps on the ios 4.0+ is not a true multi-tasking, but rather in a Frozen state, so that you can continue where you left off, and it's mainly all recent apps that you were on. Can you play Haypi, and send text message at the same time? No you can't and thus it's not called mutli-tasking. But you can still play Haypi while you are on a phone call.

Reason why I brought this up is that if you look at my second paragraph, I mentioned recently used bar (fast app switch), so some of you may still think that it is a multi-tasking bar but it's truely not called the multi-tasking bar.

I was just thinking about this yesterday. Its kind of a pain to switch between accounts- I haven't logged into my s4 account in two days because of this.

Still not sure what you all find so hard about it. It takes me a maximum of 30 seconds to switch accounts...

I have the 3GS and it's a pain. The only thing I can do is close the app, then turn off the phone. Turn it back on again, and then load Haypi - choose account and then put in the other account name and password.
There MUST be an easier way!

Re: Easier way to switch accounts

There is an easier way. If your iPod or iPhone supports multitasking, double click the home button and hold down on Haypi. Then click the subtract button when it comes up, and go back into the game. You should be able to log into another account now.

Why this works:
Haypi supports multitasking, and so it leaves you ingame as if you never left when you quit out, as it is multitasking. So removing it from the recently opened apps bar will remove it from multitasking and thus allow you to sign into another account.

Hope this helps! :)
