Re: Re-name a sub-city

It would be stupid if you could rename
A sub city. I recently lost all my subs and after they were taken the new owner told haypi support that the names were inappropriate. All the cities had lvl 20 crop. So now I have no idea how to find a few of my cities (the ones who's names were changed) I asked support what the new names are and they just responded with crap

Re: Re-name a sub-city

its your own fault for having innapropriate names then.. part of the risk is losing a sub city renaming them would mean more battles would occur as people try to look for good subcities
how do you let people know if your hot cakes are selling well?

Re: Re-name a sub-city

However, many people name their cities inappropriate names simply because there are people who wont steal sub cities with names like that

Usually if a high level has an inappropriate named city it has high crop ;) so steal it

Re: Re-name a sub-city

People move cities after they steal them... Coordinates from where they were stolen don't mean much

Could anyone tell me how many characters I can have in a city name?

Re: Re-name a sub-city

I love the idea. I'd wait a month after capture so it can't be abused, not a week, and I'd even pay coins to do it.
I hate the name of my cities. :P I want this I want this I want!

PLEASE IMPLEMENT THIS IDEA Haypi!

Re: Re-name a sub-city

best idea is being able to change name after capture.
Don't need coins.

Re: Re-name a sub-city

My opinion that if you are gonna steal a sub, then chances are it's gonna be a coined sub or else you probably wouldn't want to steal it.

For that reason, there must me a period when you can't change the name of the sub. Also I think as you've stolen a valuable sub it would be worth paying the coins to hide the identity of the sub. It would still be a lot cheaper to steal and rename than to coin your own city.
