Re: Holiday Mode

Acaellum:

i don't think you're really understanding the concept. Refuse war allows you to create troops, get resources, etc. without being attacked.

This would freeze everything. Your account would not change at all. That means no res production, no daily gifts, no money, nothing. That means that from the day you freeze the account to the day you start it back up nothing changes. No one gets any sort of advantage from this, it just lets them not be active in the game for a period of time without a penalty.

Also, I don't think you should have to apply for it, or to wait out the specified time. There is no reason to enforce this. Let them "freeze" the account, then when they come back click "unfreeze". No need for applications etc. Since they won't gain an advantage from doing it there really is no reason to worry about abuse.

I think this is an excellent idea. I would use it when I go on extended camping trips.

Re: Holiday Mode

Great idea definitely yes but definitely put some restrictions on it so it can't be abused

Re: Holiday Mode

I hope you all realize that Refuse War time stacks. Just buy 5 day refuse over and over til you get as much time as you need.

Re: Holiday Mode

I say yes, but haypi would never use this idea. They WANT players to spend money on coins. Refuse war costs 10 per coin and a lot of players use it. If this idea is introduced, then those players will not buy coins, and haypi Inc. Will get less money from coin profit.

Re: Holiday Mode

this is a great idea! why do people think it will be abused as a free WR?
this would make u not be able to build, train, farm, gain money or prestige whatsoever
so the players who constantly WR just to build for prestige wont be able to use this mode as u cant build! u cant grow at all
WR just doesnt cut it when i gotta go on holiday, 50 coins for 5 days? thats ridiculous AND u will still lose ur army to starve and it effectively means that u have to pay to take a break?
they could very easily make it so it wasnt abusable and it would keep players happy

Re: Holiday Mode

If something like this were to ever be implemented it would cost you more than the 300-400 coins to buy 30 days of refuse war and enhance on crops in 5 cities for a month. If you can't spread out your army well enough that's not Haypi's issue and quite frankly they couldn't care less.
