More alliance options

Make it where we can reinforce and trade within the alliance. It seems to be alliance is just to fill up and make numbers when it should be more than that. As host I should be able to send my troops and resources to aid my members but I can't. Please do this for us. It will make things way better and interesting. Thanks.

Please check whether this has been suggested before before suggesting stuff. This has been suggested sooooooo many times. But it's not going to happen because it will be abused. Sorry.

It's been suggested many times, and disapproved as well due to it being easily abused.
Also, please look up suggestions before you duplicate one.
