"Subscribe" to certain posts

I think it would be nice to have a subscribe button to follow a certain post and be alerted when its been posted on

Support doesn't know how to set it up to allow that and no one wanted it when I was the head mod so I doubt it'll ever be added.

Would be nice if it was added, but seriously is the post is that important most people will probably check back to see whats going on.
