Fortune/People Production Techs
There's a tech that increases every other stat, why not one for fortune? We could call it Hunting.
Hunting skill Lv.1
Fortune increases by 2% each level
"Your troops become better hunters, allowing for greater income from hunts. In addition, your troops' hunting prowess gives them better accuracy in battle, giving them a greater chance to hit a weak spot in your opponent's armor and scoring a double power attack."
On another note, I see there's a tech for increasing the output of every resource, but there isn't one for increasing the production of people. Perhaps it could look something like this:
Medicine Lv.1
Person/h increases by 5% each level
"Technological advancements in medicine give you a healthier, more prolific population and reduce your infant death rate to allow for faster population growth."
