i no some of this has been suggested before but idk about the rest...

alliance expansion(duh vayne suggested this)- more than 50 members

alliance staff- 1 leader, 2 vice, 1 recruiter, 1 war manager, 1 croos-alliance chat member(basically he could talk to an alliance...declare war... or peace..)
alliance chat- staff chat( where the staff can talk to only the staff)

alliance friend/foe list- self explanatory....

I like this idea, some people in my alliance are ready to be vice in some areas, but because if the inexperience in others I don't want to risk it.
