What i think would be good

Hello guyes if your like me im addicted to haypi.. Im on it so much that my dad has shut of the internet and night time i was thinking of making an offline mode like if you have no internet you can play it like a normal game ie. Your in the car and you wanna play haypi you go to the acc info and it says "offline start" comment what you think guyes

That might be hard, but it might work. You would only be able to upgrade though. And it might not work cause someone might capture your city, but u can't tell since ur offline and ur still upgrading it and have troops in. When you get wifi again, where will the troops go? And will ur city magically upgrade for the capturer?

like bahp said the problems it would bring with it are too bad

That wouldn't work because u could be attacked and if u are playing offline u wouldn't know I don't think that would be a good thing
