Co-leaders

Alliance should have a co-leader option so that if one leader leaves the alliance does not have to be disbanded and if 2 alliances merge there can be two leaders!

This has been suggested before but I wish they will add it

Just disband the alliance and make another one. This also gets rid of inactives.
