Units
When clicking on barrecks you click on infantry, caverly, archers, or siege engines. Each one will bring you to a separate menuwhich will have more troops that fit into that rowl.
To get more troops you have to buy the researche from the researche building once learned you spend resources to further increase that unit.
By doing this it will open up a wide selectio of troops that fit into each person play style and the defender or atker will have to adjust his play style overcome the enamy
Examples
Infatry-
Pikeman- heavy defense very slow
Gains twice atk power agaist caverly and losses halve atk power on atking other players
Swordman- melée class all around fill in. Unit
Berserker- heavy atk value and low df
On df losses halve atk and gains double on atking
Caverly
Scouts- very fast lrl df ltl atk
Mounted swordmen-
Heavy caverly
Mounted archers- fast and can strike from a distances
Archers-
Long bows- long range decent atk
Compact bowmen- short range powerful atk
...
Siege engines-
Ballistas-strong agaist infatry weak agaist caverly
Cats- strong agaist building dfs and slow inf and weak agaist caverly and fast moveing units
....
Now we have some possible ideas now maybay have it now have a new spot on map as a blacksmith/armorer that you have to upgrade to cut down o reaearche time and also to unlock newer upgrades
Like upgrade heavy armor, mail armor, leather arOur, sheilds, pike, war horses, swords, so on each upgrade will increase each class that uses said armour or wepon or mount
Then have at barrecks training grounds which has to be upgraded to increases training of each unit type not there class
Which allows for stronger units to be upgraded like spearman to heavy spearman to pikeman so man lvs will unlock a new class in each field
