Pvp lag

Possible solution to some of the pvp lag. Place a 24 hour stop on world chat or until the server is completely full. If people need to join an alliance they can still use the in game mail system or apply thru the alliance options. It seems that everyone and his dog wants to spam wc with irrelevant comments instead of upgrading and completing there tasks.
