Clean out low lvl innactives

There are a lot of innactives that are level 1's or even 0's who haven't touched this game for a long long time. I think there should be a sweep of all lvl 0's at least who have not been active for a long time. Let haypi suggest how long, it's their game. Anyway those spots could be taking up space for branches in convienent spots or having more referals being able to join their friends servers. The players will be able to make a new account on a newer server. What do you guys think? Plz don't yell at me if you don't agree just a suggestion
