Catapults

Anyway, I think we've all agreed that cats are way too powerful. The question is, how do we nerf em? I think I just thought of the ideal solution while sitting in an airport, surfing the forums.
Cats should only be able to attack every 3rd turn. Think about it, how is it possible to pull back a couple hundred pounds of force, and then load a rock onto the lever in the same time it takes an archer to reload? This would make cats much less effective and require much more archers.
Another thing is a cats power should be halved when troops are say, 500 feet away. The force used to fling a rock that distance can't be too powerful, and the weight of the rock will be the only thing harming the troops.
Both these suggestions are fair and real. I think we'd see a major increase of other troops if we applied these hindrances to cats.
