Transport of City Workers

I would like to suggest that you would be able to transport these like resources. there could be a fee or some die in transport. I know for a lvl20 main building i run out all the time

Transporting them between cities isn't even close to slavery. Buying them is.

I still don't see why we can't get Enhance on te Main Building <.<

Force your ppl to get pregnant and give birth faster and more often?!?!
Force them to leave home and move somewhere else involuntarily?!?!
