Lag issues and support

Once again the issue of lag has made the game unplayable. It is not the players that have to "check connection" but those in support that have to question their comittment to the game.
We re not interetsed in token gestures of 50 coin compensation. We have spent a lot more than that on alliance troops which just starve every time there are server issues.
Sort the issue out please and stop wasting our time and money!
