I've been thinking that maybe it would be easier to help new players or players in general that need help if there is a world chat. Sometimes there are so many players on at a time chatting, that seeing those needing help isn't, well, always seen. I think it will help organize it better.

i dont believe this is needed, they can easily post problem on forums, or write a letter to their expert on their server if it is that big of a problem..
