upgrade my soldiers

i would like to be able to upgrade my soldiers u now make cav faster cats shoot farther stuff like that i hate how most of the wars r based off numbers of how many u have of one or the other..

alot of stuff has been suggested befor i wish the blue name guys would get on here and tell us if some of them r good or not or do something

First off the blue named guys are called "Global Mods"
Second just go to tech and level up shooting to 10, marching to 10, and use points to max out speed...

thats what tech is there for
