Chat time limit

Okay so everybody here is familiar with that annoying message you get when you send messages and are not a VIP right? "You are limited to send message in another 15 seconds. Vip has no such limit.". Well we all know this is pretty much a SPAM filter. Now why is this for World, Alliance, and Private chat? We should be able to send Unlimited amounts of messages with no time limit in between for Alliance and Private chat. The time limit on messages therefore should only be used on the world chat. Who all agrees with me?

Whats to stop someone from spamming someone they dislike in the private chat making it difficult for them to talk to anyone else they may want to?

Although less likely in an alliance, there is still the potential for individuals to spam and be annoying..

All in all, I think its a good idea to have a limit on it.

I agree that there shouldn't need to have a time limit pears if some1 is spamming u In pm then jus block them n do the same in ally chat

So maybe not remove it from private chat. But at least remove it from Alliance chat. People should not spam in alliance chat either if you have a respectful alliance.
