Expert suggestions rules suggestion...or something

Should add to rules or suggestions that only a player level __+ or with atleast _____pres. can vote for experts so that only experinced players who know what there talking about can choose, and so people cant just make a second acount with a spare ipod/phone/pad and vote for there main acount.

I agree someone that joined like twenty minutes ago already nominated someone that no one else even knows...

Thats what inspired this.

That letter wreaked havoc......now so many people are asking for nominations....but now some people are helping cause they want nominations ;) so it's good and bad....but more bad then good cause they'll stop helping if they become experts.....and SOO many IP checks...
