scout report

when we see the scout report, low or same lvl of scout skill players cannot exactly see other players' stats.

But if you make the stats, upgrade lvl of items, enhancement lvl of the items even for the low scout lvl players,(currently only the enhancement lvl) it would make them more envious and buy coins.


Also make scout skill at tech center to maximum lvl 15 with coins. It would be nice!
