The general isn't moving, it's a bunch of players commanding troops and upgrading. The website calls it an mmorpg.

This is an old-school style rpg. At least that's how it seems in my opinion

It isnt a role playing game, MMORPG is massive multiplayer online role playing game, but this is just a massive mulutiplayer online game, there is no role playing, you can do or play whatever.
